1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Fuzzly ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ( "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fuzzly is a mobile application that uses on-device machine learning to detect and blur sensitive content in images. The App processes images entirely on your device — no images or detected content are transmitted to any server.

3. License

Fuzzly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Use the App to generate or distribute content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights

4. Free Tier and Pro Subscription

The App offers a free tier with core functionality and an optional Pro subscription with additional features. Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing is subject to change; you will be notified of changes before your next renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds, except where required by law.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Fuzzly, its logo, and all related intellectual property are owned by Fuzzly. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain all rights to the images you process using the App. By using the App you grant us no license to your content.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and the content you process or share. You agree not to use the App to:

• Process images you do not have the right to modify (e.g. images owned by others without consent)
• Circumvent privacy protections (e.g. blur content for deceptive purposes)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App's detection is accurate, complete, or error-free. You should always review blurred regions before sharing sensitive content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzzly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fuzzly, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in courts located in Egypt for disputes arising from these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through in-app notification or App Store release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
